There is no career path for employees, the pay has not kept up with the industry, and the employees certainly aren't held to a high level of importance. This is the first position in my entire career that I don't receive any kind of bonus, which is RIDICULOUS concerning the work load they put on you. I have also never worked for a company that only pays you once a month!"

"If you want a job working 12 hours 6 days a week then this is the place to be. Only care about numbers, can’t request time off, up to 9 points per year takes a year for points to come off. Mandatory over time. No time to spend with families only time for work. If you’re a young person like I am this job isn’t for you and you could find better, I’ve been here 9 months and only had 2 weeks where I had 2 consecutive days off work."

Reel and lab tech (Former Employee) says

"This place is very manipulative. They make a lot of false promises. They overwork you and make u attend a slew of meetings. Then at their convenience they take soooo long to approve your pay raises. It's so fustrating. Employees with seniority throw u under the bus at every turn. And your work or word are both unnapreciated. Avoid this place. They will make you truly crazy."
